At SwimOutlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all unused gear and swimwear in its original packaging. Items must have all tags attached and hygiene liners intact to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label or a printerless QR code for easy drop-off at participating carrier locations.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely seal the box or mailer with the return label visible on the outside.

• 4.
  Get Refunded

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
